Remember, you are getting your wild-caught USA shrimp straight from the source!  Our small family business works together to catch the products and get them out, same day. Our website inventories are accurate and instantly updated after our current days production.  Below are some important things to know when it comes to ordering anywhere with the shipping option at checkout.

When will my order arrive?

  • We do NOT ship to P.O. Box! If you order with P.O. Box address instead of a physical, we will cancel the order. 
  • For any orders to Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, Hawaii or Canada, expect a email with more detailed shipping information regarding your seafood package.

  • Will my shrimp still be fresh going through the postal service?
    Yes! At Shrimp To Shore we promise dock to door delivery. As soon as we catch the shrimp, they are packed to order and shipped out in an attractive, temperature regulated Shrimp To Shore Box. This includes dry ice surrounding the products to reserve them at best temperature. 

    Is there a minimum amount to get an order shipped?

    There is not a minimum shipping amount.

    How much does shipping cost?

    Delivery costs are based on current carrier rates shown at checkout. We do not add on any fees or additional costs. All shipping costs are creat3 by the carrier, not Shrimp To Shore. On the day your order ships, you will receive an email with your package's tracking number. This email will also indicate which carrier is delivering the package.

    eGift Cards deliver instantly via email and free of charge.

    Do you deliver overnight?

    We currently offer 2 day shipping and overnight shipping at an additional cost. 

    Do you deliver to Hawaii and Alaska?

    Yes, we deliver to the continental United States along with Alaska and Hawaii.

    Do you deliver internationally?

    We do ship to Canada and anywhere in the United States Of America. 
    We do ship anywhere on the islands of Puerto Rico + St. Thomas. We’re working to expand our shipping, feel free to sign up here and we will let you know when we can ship to you.

    What we need from you:

    Shrimp To Shore makes every attempt to fulfill orders based on customer requested ship date; however, holidays and unforeseen circumstances can force exceptions to delivery. Below are important shipping notes to keep in mind when placing your order.

    • All shipments require a street address (No P.O. Box addresses. We apologize for the inconvenience).
    • Spoilage/damage/missing deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses voids satisfaction guarantee or any refund.  Shrimp To Shore, LLC. is not responsible for incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses. Be sure to double-check addresses. 
    • Inclement weather and other unforeseen circumstances can cause shipments to be delayed.
    • Shrimp To Shore is not responsible for shipment delays caused by adverse or unpredictable weather conditions. This also includes any carrier issues, outside of Shrimp To Shore control.
    • Be sure to double check gift recipient addresses.  Billing customer is responsible to make sure gift recipient is available for delivery.

    How will my order be packed?

    To ensure that your product arrives at its destination in wholesome condition, we pack your order in our reusable shipping container and enough frozen ice gel packs ( or dry ice in the hotter months) to ensure safe delivery.  All wild-caught USA shrimp, fresh and frozen products are packed to order and sealed for freshness. The shrimp are packaged in an attractive gift box and nestled in a 100% recycled corrugated insulation bag for an additional layer of protection.

    Returns Policy

    Satisfaction guaranteed. For over fifty years our family has taken pride in catching our own seafood, delivering quality products to consumers. If for some reason there is a problem with quality of seafood (not including anything carrier issue/weather related), we will issue a refund. 

    You should expect to receive your refund within 6-9 business days of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund quickly. 

    If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We only accept returns on NON PERISHABLE PRODUCT. Do not ship your seafood package back to our facility.
