Local Delivery Policies

Choose when to receive your order!

We promise Delivery on the day you selected at checkout. Delivery times do fluctuate and you will receive an accurate delivery ETA the morning of your delivery.

    Remember, you are getting your wild-caught USA shrimp & other local seafood straight from the source!  Our website inventories are accurate and instantly updated after our current days harvest.  Products shown in our store are available for immediate shipment or pre-order for local delivery.  When checking out, simply select your desired day of delivery on the local delivery calendar and complete your order - we’ll handle the rest.

    • Local Delivery is available every Friday & Saturday in the Jacksonville and surrounding areas. Cut off times are day prior to delivery date at 7PM to ensure fast arrival and quality of your order.
    • If you do not plan on being home through out your delivery timeframe, please leave a cooler or insulated bag if you have any live items. 
    • All fresh or frozen product will arrive in a temperature regulated package that will ensure freshness for 3-7 hours. 

    What we need from you:

    Shrimp To Shore makes every attempt to fulfill orders based on customer requested ship date; however, holidays and unforeseen circumstances can force exceptions to delivery. Below are important local delivery notes to keep in mind when placing your order.

    • All shipments require a street address (No P.O. Box addresses. We apologize for the inconvenience).
    • Spoilage/damage/missing deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses voids satisfaction guarantee.  Shrimp To Shore, LLC. is not responsible for incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses. Be sure to double-check addresses. 
    • Inclement weather and other unforeseen circumstances can cause local shipments to be delayed. In the event, we will contact you personally to update you if the packages are delayed. 
    • Shrimp To Shore is not responsible for shipment delays caused by adverse or unpredictable weather conditions.
    • Be sure to double check gift recipient addresses.  Billing customer is responsible to make sure gift recipient is available for delivery. 

    How will my order be packed?

    To ensure that your product arrives at its destination in wholesome condition, we deliver in temperature regulated boxes, vehicles and/or containers. Oysters are delivered on ice. All wild-caught USA shrimp, frozen & fresh items are weighted in the variants in which you order. The shrimp are packaged in an attractive gift box and nestled in a 100% recycled corrugated for an additional layer of protection. We promise even with delivery, our dock-to-door delivery program guarantees a fresh delivery, every time.
