Q: How can I tell the size of the shrimp I am buying?
A: In each product description you will find the count per pound (ex:16/20). The count of shrimp per pound in this case would be between 16 to 20 shrimp. Our shrimp come packaged by the variant in which your order. For example, ordering two pounds, you would get approximately 32-40 shrimp in a 2 lb. bag of 16/20 shrimp.
Q: How do I know if my order is for local delivery or shipping?
A: When you visit the 'cart' section, there should be three options. Local Delivery, Shipping & Pickup. When you choose local delivery, refer to the calendar to see choose your own date. For shipping, follow the checkout process and choose the shipping option. please refer to the shipping policies to see which dates your item ships.
Q: Where are Shrimp To Shore shrimp from? Are they white, pink, or brown?
A: Our wild-caught Mayport shrimp are fresh Florida East Atlantic white shrimp harvested in Florida and sometimes southern Georgia. Our royal red shrimp and rock shrimp are caught farther offshore in Florida.
Q: How long does it take to receive my order?
A: Orders shipped Monday – Wednesday normally ship overnight. Locally delivered will arrive on the date you chose before 3pm.

A: To ensure our shrimp are delivered to your home or business still frozen we strategically pack your order into a reusable cooler layered with frozen ice packs. We add enough ice to keep your shrimp frozen for a 72-hour trip in the event a shipping issue arises after leaving Jacksonville, FL. If there is dry ice in your order please handle with care.
Q: Do you sell pond raised or foreign shrimp?
A: Absolutely NOT. Our shrimp are 100% USA Wild-Caught Mayport Shrimp brought to you by USA shrimpers. FRIENDS DON'T LET FRIENDS EAT IMPORTS!
Q: What is the minimum order?
A: NONE! We will ship one pound of shrimp if needed -- just not suggested. You will want more!

A: Yes! We sell them with head-on and head-off.
Q: Are your shrimp raw or cooked?
A: Our shrimp are IQF (Individually Quick Frozen) raw Mayport shrimp.

A: We do not! Our shrimp are 100% natural USA shrimp with no additives or preservatives. You can taste how sweet they are compared to shrimp that are processed on other boats.
Q: Why is there a strong smell?
A: Some may notice a stronger smell with our shrimp than the shrimp you buy from the grocery store. This is due to our shrimp being ALL NATURAL, flash frozen, and no additives or preservatives! You may not be used to this if you purchase regularly from the Frozen section.
Q: Do you sell Royal Reds?
A: We do carry Royal Red Shrimp! Exclusively, our boat is 1 in 6 that go out and catch them to this date in 2021. Most Royal Red Shrimp sourced out in the local area probably came from our boats.
Q: Do you sell wholesale?

Q: Can I pick up my order from you in Jacksonville, FL?
A: We do offer local pick up every Friday, Saturday and Sunday. We set up two mobile concession style trailer locations every weekend. Stay tuned to our social media pages and emails as we post there regularly.

Q: How long will my shrimp last in the freezer?
A: Our shrimp keep their fresh Florida flavor for 2-3 months in the freezer. After 10-12 months, your shrimp will be still be edible, but you may notice less of our famous Gulf shrimp taste.
Q: I just placed my order. What’s next?
A: You will receive a confirmation email within 30-minutes of placing your order. This email will provide your confirmation number. You will receive a separate email with your tracking code once your package is scanned into the mailing system.
Q: My order arrived partially thawed or completely thawed. What now?
A: We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee or your money back. In the event of delays or shipping issues we recommend checking to make sure the core of the shrimp to see if they are frozen. If so, you are safe to place them in the freezer. If the shrimp are thawed please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can begin to assist you on a replacement order!
